Learn How to Stop Gaining Weight Today

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of losing (or at least, stopping gaining) weight. Before I go into “How” a person can stop gaining weight, I would like to remind you of the following health information:

Overweight persons are far more likely to suffer from serious health issues than persons of a normal weight. Weight related health problems include, but are not limited to:

– Obesity
– Thyroid problems
– Diabetes
– High blood pressure
– Asthma
– Coronary heart disease
– Type 2 diabetes
– Various forms of cancer

It is essential for a person who has put on unnecessary weight to STOP GAINING WEIGHT right now, before it is too late. Better still; an overweight person should seek to lose that weight which he/she has gained.

To do this, one must go on a diet. “Diet” you are thinking, “ha! I’ve tried plenty of diets, only to feel deprived, to find myself binge eating during the diet, and to put back on all that weight I lost and MORE! But I am not talking about that sort of diet.

No, I am not telling you to go on one of those “burst” diets where you rapidly lose up to 10lb in the first couple of weeks, and then binge, give up, and put all of that weight back on. What I am urging you to do is to go on a sensible diet, which entails:

– A STEADY weight loss
– A CONSTANT weight loss
– Learning how to KEEP THAT WEIGHT OFF for life
– Learning how to STOP GAINING WEIGHT from today and NEVER GAIN A POUND AGAIN
– No deprivation

That’s what a sensible diet involves. No “miracle,” just common sense, a good understanding of what to eat and how to keep the weight off for life.
